Core Responsibilities
As Lead Producer, you will be a pivotal member of our team, entrusted with:
Leading the production of digital experiences and managing the internal development process and product gates.
Driving multiple game productions, collaborating with IP partners, external developers, and internal partnerships.
Optimizing internal workflows while aligning with external production efforts for seamless collaboration.
Acting as a communication bridge between development teams and partners at all organizational levels.
Supporting LEGO Group's long-term strategy by facilitating development that aligns with goals and key results.
Establishing clear production goals and overseeing projects through their lifecycle, partnering with Product Leaders on needs, timelines, budgets, and scope.

The LEGO GAME team is responsible for all game products across the company. It is our ambition to demonstrate that games based on the LEGO® Idea can be the most fun, creative and collaborative, while being safe. Developed for everyone and loved by children. You will join the LEGO GAME team and work cross-functionally towards delivering value adding products across games to children and families around the world.
Please note: This is a position based in Billund, Denmark. Our flexible working model allows employees to work 2 days/week from home (3 days in the office). Relocation support is not offered for this role.
Do you have what it takes?
Extensive experience as a Game Producer, including a few years in a leadership role, leading successful full-development cycles of multiple shipped titles or products.
Demonstrated ability to manage and implement changes effectively in projects, adapting to evolving business goals or market trends.
Skilled at identifying and resolving issues within teams or with external partners to maintain productivity and morale.
Expertise in project budgeting, scheduling, and resource planning, with a deep understanding of production pipelines, including live operations.
Outstanding communication skills, able to work effectively with partners at all levels, and strong leadership abilities to inspire and guide teams.
Proactive problem-solving and strategic decision-making, with a deep passion for enabling teams to thrive and perform at their best.
Proficiency in production tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Miro), with experience in multi-location and multi-cultural team collaboration; prior experience with children's or young adult digital products is beneficial.
