You will be part of People Technology Team and together with other Lead Engineers, you will help the product teams succeed in the HR Technology area mainly for Payroll and Time

Core Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership in and across product teams to secure delivery in collaboration with business Product Managers
Support Engineers with technical sparring
Formulate the technical roadmap in collaboration with the Principal Engineer and business
Support and guide selection process of new products and solutions with the Payroll and Time product team
Explore new technologies and methods and participate in prototypes with the product team
Actively participate and contribute to cross-organizational initiatives, as well as collaborate with Competency leads regarding skills and opportunities for growth, improvement and training
Play your part in our team succeeding
You will be part of a Payroll and Time product team with some experienced HR tech colleagues, and together with the team and business colleagues, you will be delivering and maintaining configuration mainly within Workday and UKG WFM Pro as well as architecting best in class payroll and time management landscapes.
Do you have what it takes?
Extensive experience with HR architecture - preferably from SaaS solutions
Experience of integrating to other products via open API’s
Good communication and collaboration skills, and ability to get people involved and excited about sometimes complex decisions
Detailed approach – high on structure and time management skills
Change ready and flexible
Great teammate and with practical experience in agile ways of working
Workday experience or other HR systems
Development skills such as (Typescript, React, AWS experience, Source control via GitHub, deployment pipelines via GitHub Actions, HTTP + SOAP + REST APIs)
Data engineering (especially with Databricks)
Python
UKG Workforce Central and WFM Pro
Advanced English both written and verbal would be ideal as we are an internationally gathered team.
