Core Responsibilities
The Junior Tech Service Specialist is an entry level role that works in a product team within well-established practices and clearly defined scope of work. Provides end-user support by resolving incidents, completing service requests and guiding colleagues to self-service solutions. Considered as an asset in a service function being able to solve a wide variety of issues while shifting focus from being reactive to becoming proactive.
- Solves incidents and requests by following procedures described in knowledgebase. Attempts to solve sophisticated issues with the help of more senior colleagues.
- Contributes to proactive tasks in the product such as crafting and updating knowledge articles, finding opportunities for waste removal.
- Actively uses available data in his work.
- Actively participates on agile ceremonies.

The team is based in our manufacturing facilities in Nyíregyháza and provides 24/7 support for end users, meaning they work in different shifts. Essentially, the team offers support through various channels, primarily accessible via chat and phone. Additionally, we have a hybrid work model – Best of Both - three days in the office, two days at home. The work environment is exciting, inspiring, flexible, and we like to have fun along the way!
Do you have what it takes?
Passion for computer infrastructure especially virtual environment (network, computers, etc.) and some experience is fundamental here. Broad understanding of common security threats, such as malware and phishing, and knowledge of basic security practices to safeguard systems and data.
As a person, we expect you to have a service approach and to be organized, like to interact with various people and be a problem solver for them. Strive to strength your already existing IT fix skills and continuously think about how we succeed as a team. Also, to fit into our outstanding team, you should naturally bring a positive can-do-mindset.
To succeed in this role, you ideally already have experience within some of the following:
- IT Service Management Tools – and ability to provide remote assistance to end users.
- Microsoft OS, programs, and services. Basic Knowledge of O365 and its components.
- MacOS, iOS.
- Basic understanding of IT networks and concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Wi-Fi, to assist with solving network connectivity problems.
- Low-code, no-code solutions.
- Agile way of working and tools.
- Analyze and work with data and reports.
Naturally, you do not have to be all the above – but you have an edge that includes some of the elements. In the end, it is your personal drive, ambition, and ability to learn that makes you special and the right match for us.
Advanced English both written and verbally are needed since we are an international gathered team, and our “customers” are WW.
