Job Description
We're looking for a Java backend engineer to join our team in Shanghai!
Bring your deep CRM understanding and passion for digital technology and help drive engaging digital experiences at the LEGO Group!
Core Responsibilities:
Build and/or configure end-to-end applications through close collaboration with other product team members
Develop products that implement business logic, modern design patterns and architectural principles
Engineer products that follow highest coding standards, e.g. documentation and efficiency
Ensure product robustness and reliability by writing and executing unit and integration tests
Improve operational efficiency by developing automation tools for daily tasks
Build efficient and optimal solutions by challenging ideas/opinions
Suggest and define future stories to support the product owner
Play your part in our team succeeding
In this position you will be part of a team that builds and maintains the digital CRM products for LEGO in China. You will work in a collaborative team with various stakeholders from technical and business to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Do you have what it takes?
Computer Science/Software Engineering or related university education background with Bachelor above degree is preferred
3-5 years of proven hands on CRM digital product in retail/eCommerce industry
Proven experience in design and develop WeChat based eco-system or Customer Relation/Engagement/Loyalty System
Keen learner within the technical components of the domains/products
Understanding of technical best practices to support Agile development
Passionate to learn new technologies and strives towards cross-functional development
Technical Skills
Strong coding skills in one or multiple modern coding languages in: Java/Python/etc
Strong experience in framework like Spring/SpringCloud
Strong experience in application persistence/database related design, in relational database
MySQL/PostgreSQL/etc and one of the documentation/non-sql DB Mongo/AWS DynamoDB/etc
Strong experience in RESTful API, API Gateway, and microservice development
Familiar with DevOps tools like ELK/Graphana/Instana/etc
Familiar and scripting capable in CICD tool like Jenkins
Familiar with git and gitflow
