Core Responsibilities

  • Leading and supporting the team (7 people) in delivering and succeeding timely in our core operations
  • Taking ownership, driving and continuously improving our ways of working
  • Setting direction and encouraging the team to streamline the processes
  • Ensuring the operation of the Workday masterdata database, Time &Attendance management and payroll support
  • Coordinating the entry and termination process of employees
  • Supporting internal transfer processes
  • As part of the team ensuring that the hourly input for payroll is correct
  • Participating in projects and/or working groups within different areas

LEGO Manufacturing Kft., employer of more than 3500 people, significantly contributes to the success story of the family-owned toy company committed itself to large-scale developments. As a result, in the spring of 2014 it handed over its brand-new factory in Nyíregyháza – a facility that is not only huge and ultra-modern, but also exceptionally environmentally-friendly. This role plays a crucial part in the P&O (HR) department of the factory, being a key responsible in safeguarding our policies stay relevant and employees are treated as our most important partners.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Experience in HR Operations on a senior level – preferably by a multinational/production company
  • Experience in people leadership
  • Ability to simplify and streamline processes, drive the change and challenge the status quo
  • Fluent English and Hungarian language knowledge
  • Interest and ability to learn quickly
  • High level of problem solving skills
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills, including solid knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) – advantage: Workday knowledge
