Core Responsibilities

  • Continue to grow the LEGO B2B eCommerce business in a strategic and sustainable way
  • Drive growth and pursue new opportunities across all 1P and 3P platforms by delivering an exceptional shopping experience.
  • Effectively manage multinational pureplay partners and establish the optimal go-to-market strategy.
  • Lead a high performing team of 7 to deliver our online sales plan through optimized discoverability, visibility, engagement and shoppability
  • Establish a data driven decision mentality and capture relevant data points across the partner, market and LEGO ecosystems
  • Support culture of test, learn and scale through our B2B eCommerce team to ensure we enhance the opportunities presented by new trends and technologies
  • Engage with the Regional Centre of Excellence team to jointly build eCommerce strategy, harmonize tactics and share insights across regions
  • Spar within and outside the organization across markets to stay informed and relevant
  • Lead and inspire beyond the B2B eCommerce team. Support and build a pipeline for digital talent within the LEGO Group
  • Play a vital role in CZSK Leadership Team, collaborating on the development of a mid- to long-term strategy of the LEGO brand

We want to assure the highest level of digital shopping experiences (online & mobile / eCommerce) for shoppers of LEGO products on third party pure player sites and omnichannel eco-systems - getting the product in front of shoppers and consumers when they want it, where they want it and how they want it.

This role will deliver best-in-class shopper and consumer experiences for the LEGO Brand (online, mobile and omni-channel), working directly with our retail partners and in line with the LEGO Group´s digital strategy.

The shopper and consumer will be at the heart of all your actions: developing activities to drive growth, building traffic plans, testing conversion optimization, fostering profitability or testing technology solutions.

Do you have what it takes:

  • Consistent track record of work experience in eCommerce, Digital Marketing +eCommerce Retail
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Experience in team leadership is a strong asset
  • Digital transformation and digital capability building skills
  • Great team player, comfortable working in matrix organization while leading their direct team independently
  • Examples of working with technology, adtech, algorithm or agency providers to optimize and automate business flows
