We're pleased to share that we offer a hybrid working week arrangement called Best of Both, requiring 3 days in the office location and 2 days from home.
No relocation assistance is offered for this position.
Core Responsibilities
Continue to grow the LEGO® B2B eCommerce business in a strategic and sustainable way through balanced commercial relationship with B2B partners.
Drive growth across eCommerce landscape with our pureplay and omnichannel B2B partners by delivering a brilliant experience for our shoppers.
Lead a dedicated team to deliver online sales plan through optimized discoverability, engagement and shoppability.
Manage channel P&L, adhering to the Trade investment framework principles.
Provide data/insight driven projections as per the monthly rolling demand planning process respecting the LEGO operating model.
Do you have what it takes.
Significant experience in eCommerce, Digital Marketing and/or technology/digital agency leadership roles.
Experience in eCommerce Retail managing B2B customers.
Proficient in both written and oral English and Romanian
Proven digital transformation and digital capability building skills.
Excellent analytical skills, a passion for data metrics and the ability to turn analysis into the creation, execution of actionable e-commerce programs and digital campaigns.
Examples of working with advertising platforms or agency providers to optimize and automate business flows.
Full understanding of the conversion funnel, the digital retail landscape, and the dynamics of e-Commerce and Omni-channel, as well as detailed knowledge of new-shopper acquisition channels.
