Do Tréninkové Organizace Packing hledáme novou posilu na pozici Global Job Trainer pro oblast Prepack a balení na stálou ranní směnu (7:00 - 15:30 hod).

Jaká bude tvá náplň práce?

• Komunikace a spolupráce napříč celou organizací
• Zajištění tréninku a podpory lokálních trenérů v Kladně
• Tvorba a úprava tréninkové dokumentace (nová zařízení, nové procesy, zlepšování stávajících procesů)
• Částečná odpovědnost za správu dokumentace v LEGO® IT systémech
• Udržování kontaktu a komunikace s údržbou, výrobou a dalšími oblastmi
• Spolupráce se zahraničními kolegy v rámci the LEGO Group
• Výběr a zaškolení nových agenturních zaměstnanců
• Podpora projektů z pohledu dokumentace a tréninku

Jsi tím správným člověkem pro tuto roli?

Rozhodně ano, pokud máš:

• Zkušenosti z pozice lokálního trenéra (Local Job Trainer) nebo operátora specialisty výhodou
• Technické myšlení, zájem o výrobu a výrobní stroje
• Angličtina na úrovni B1/B2 (komunikace se zahraničními kolegy a překlady dokumentace)
• Uživatelská znalost MS Office
