Work Location: Our factory is based in VSIP 3, Tan Uyen, Binh Duong. Shuttle buses are provided from Ho Chi Minh, Bien Hoa & Binh Duong
Core Responsibilities
Create and maintain a mid-term 3 -8 weeks production schedule by using the capacity plan, material constraints, and demand as inputs.
Be responsible for short/mid-term planning to drive manufacturing investment decisions.
Provide visibility on mid-term and long term capacity utilization and stock level.
Analyze demand changes to ensure supply aligns with demand requirements and supply capacity.
Drive solutions to reduce and eliminate any short or long term gaps in supply plans.
Clearly communicate our manufacturing partner's current production status to related stakeholders.
Work closely with Regional Supply Planning team to deploy the demand/supply plan within the APAC Region.
Co-ordinate production solution for new production introductions (Novelty) through end of life (Exit) that balances supply and demand.
Be responsible for supply planning reporting generation and distribution.
Responsible for all communication related to supply risks, interruptions, and impacts.
Support department initiatives that drive improvements in process and capabilities throughout the organization. Identify opportunities to improve the planning process and drive projects to completion.
Ensure good communication and integration with other planning team, shop floor planner, shipping and other stakeholders.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

You could be our new Planning Specialist to support the Planning Director to start up the new Planning team in an extraordinary factory and make sure that our exciting products reach the hands of the children in the most efficient manner. You are also responsible for providing all Planning support to the Packing operation – advance information of plans, monitoring and reporting progress, etc.
The FG Planning Specialist are responsible for production planning and order fulfillment for LEGO group. FG Planning Specialist are connected in the planning process throughout a product’s entire lifecycle, from Novelty to Exit product life. Your weekly planning deliverables will drive capacity decisions and material purchases upstream to suppliers and set the production strategy with LEGO strategic suppliers.
Do you have what it takes?
Prefer candidates with Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration Management / Foreign Trade/ Supply Chain Management or similar education background
Strong command of English
A minimum of 5-year experience in production planning or Master Planning/ Production Planning/ Planning Analysis at multinational manufacturing site with end-to-end supply chain
Good knowledge of S&OP Process.
Comprehensive understanding of existing and future capacity plans/constraints at the manufacturing plant and distribution network, and knowledge of how production capacity can be flexed to meet demand.
MS Office (Power Point and Excel is a must, Power BI is a plus)
Deep knowledge in SAP system.
Good problem-solving skills, able to identify and structure issues, run accurate analysis and synthesize recommendations.
Strong communication & inter-personal skills, able to work under pressure.
Good analytical, communication and coordination skills
Proven record in professional working style with demonstrated ability provide support effectively, also in a matrix environment – working with large cross-functional, cross-cultural teams.
Good with numbers and attention to details.
