Do you have proven experience of improving and optimising financial & accounting processes?
This role offers unique development opportunities by involving you in existing projects on our financial & accounting processes and systems to drive improvement while maintaining flexibility and agility!
Please note that this is a 1-year contract role can be based in Billund, Denmark or Prague, Czech Republic and no relocation assistance is offered for this role.
Core Responsibilities
Drive improvements, standardization, automation, and maintenance of General Ledger processes.
Facilitate the definition of business requirements and conduct root cause analysis for process-related issues.
Collaborate with business and IT partners to deliver business requirements.
Define, test, and implement new system functionalities.
Participate in projects and activities requiring process, system knowledge, and change management focus, e.g. transitions of tasks to Business Service Operations
Provide training on systems, processes, and governance.
Lead and support the super user network.
Manage partnerships with process users, Global Process Owner, IT, and other internal and external partners.

Business Processes & Information is part of Business Service Operations. Our responsibilities cover global process ownership of Finance & HR processes as well as process expertise and interaction on finance, controlling as well as business & tax processes, process documentation, training, and project portfolio. Our mission is to build and maintain efficient and effective standardized processes and bridge business needs with IT solutions. You will be based in Billund and join more than 70 dedicated colleagues globally.
In this role, you will drive improvements in General Ledger processes, facilitate the delivery of business requirements, and participate in ERP transformation projects, using your process and SAP system expertise.
Do you have what it takes?
5+ years of experience with financial & accounting process optimisation and improvement.
Knowledge with SAP FI & CO modules is a plus
Excellent English communication and presentation skills; ability to explain complex issues clearly.
Demonstrates both end-to-end and deep functional expertise; experienced in global projects and change management.
Skilled in process documentation, training, and continuous improvement; strong analytical skills.
Dedicated team player, curious, eager to learn, and proactive.
