Core Responsibilities

• Lead the consolidation and integration of financial estimates into the corporate planning system, ensuring validation and the development of clear, compelling storylines.

• Coordinate the consolidation and analysis of monthly performance management reports, including reporting of key performance indicators.

• Champion the digital agenda within the team, driving relevant integrations into Power BI and enhancing data-driven decision-making.

• Foster continuous improvement by finding opportunities to optimize processes and enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.

• Provide ad-hoc analysis and support Finance Business Partners in delivering high-quality, standard deliverables.

Do you have what it takes?

Master's degree in finance, business administration or similar combined with

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in FP&A or Business Finance

• preferably within a FMCG multinational organization.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Demonstrated expertise in developing Power BI solutions for finance functions.
