Job Description
- WS&O is a service department that is focused on providing the supplies of electricity, treated water, cooling water, compressed air and comfort to all buildings with 24/7 service.
What your day will look like:
- Supervises and coordinates the day-to-day operation and maintenance of assigned people, equipment and buildings.
- Coordinates staff that installs, inspects, repairs and maintains building systems, HVAC, compressed air, safety and others.
- Supervisor tracks facilities services request and ensures requests are completed within established timelines and quality standards
- Supervise, train and evaluate performance for assigned personnel.
- Makes day to day decisions within or for a groups/small department, has some authority for personnel actions
- This position may participate in several committees, including but not limited to Commissioning Co, Safety Co, Engineering Co as assigned by the leader.
- Partner with and work closely with other facility supervisors, shift leaders, supply technicians and project managers to ensure smooth operation, applications of guidelines, policies and procedures.
- Make sure to all company policies and all safety, governance rules and programs.
Are you up for the challenge?
- +4 years in Facilities environment.
- People leadership experience is desirable.
- Knowledge in HVAC Systems (Air Handling Units, Fan & Coils, Ammonia Chillers, Cooling Systems, Water Condensers, Compressed Air Systems).
- BMS (Building Management System) Monitoring Systems.
- Able to hold English conversations.
