Core Responsibilities
Define and Shape Compliance Standards: Translate global electric compliance requirements into clear, actionable verification procedures for LEGO technology products, encompassing critical areas such as Toy Safety, Radio Equipment, EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility), and Battery Safety.
Develop Testing Excellence: Design and implement robust internal testing processes to elevate our verification capabilities for tech products.
Manage External Laboratory Collaboration: Lead all aspects of electric toy safety, battery testing, and certification processes with external labs to ensure all products meet compliance requirements.
Promote "Safety by Design": Partner closely with product engineers to create and implement best-practice safety procedures, making compliance an integrated part of the design process.
Anticipate and Mitigate Emerging Risks: Conduct proactive risk assessments and continuous testing of current products to adapt to evolving regulatory requirements and emerging safety risks.
Enhance Consumer Safety Assurance: Analyze electrical safety and compliance concerns in consumer feedback to improve product reliability and reinforce our commitment to exceptional safety standards.

Product Safety & Compliance (PS&C) drives activities to ensure that LEGO products are safe by design and meet or exceed all legal requirements.
The Electrical & Digital Product Safety team (EDPS) is a sub-entity within PS&C. They ensure that electrical and digital product safety is implemented for all LEGO products with technology.
As an Electrical Compliance Manager in EDPS, you will be a key player in the product journey from concept to the hands of children, ensuring our technology products are both safe and compliant, while delivering a magnificent play experience.
Do you have what it takes?
Technical background, combined with experience in cross-functional project management, risk analysis, compliance documentation, and process development.
Able to bring regulatory requirements to life, inspire best practices, and collaborate across our teams.
Solid understanding of electronic product design for compliance and Experience in product testing and compliance standards (safety, radio, EMC, batteries) would be an advantage.
Skilled in compliance analysis and the related documentation.
Structured, dedicated, and with quality-focus to collaborate with diverse colleagues at all levels.
Effective communication skills, both oral and in writing.
Bring a curious, positive, and playful attitude every day.
