Core responsibilities:
- Driving growth across eCommerce landscape with our pureplay and omnichannel B2B partners by delivering a brilliant experience for our shoppers
- Leading a dedicated team of 4 people to deliver the online sales plan through optimized discoverability, engagement and shoppability
- Contributing to the development, motivation and satisfaction of the whole organization, identifying and nurturing talents
- Establishing a culture of test, learn and scale approach through our B2B eCommerce team to ensure we enhance the opportunities presented by new trends and technologies
- Being responsible for the channel P&L adhering to the trade investment framework principles
- Playing an active role by defining and executing annual business plan in line with the 3-year strategic ambitions
- Being accountable to achieve channel performance KPIs and taking corrective actions
- Providing data/insight -driven projections as per the monthly rolling demand planning process respecting the LEGO operating model
- Being the chairman/driver of various projects and be accountable of the overall business performance and governance as a key member of the Leadership Team

We want to assure the highest level of digital shopping experiences for shoppers of LEGO products on third party pure player sites and omnichannel eco-systems - getting the product in front of shoppers and consumers when they want it, where they want it and how they want it.
This role will be responsible for delivering best in class LEGO® (online, mobile and omni-channel) shopper experiences together with our digital strategy by working directly with our retail partners.
Do you have what it takes:
- Experience in eCommerce and key account management
- Team leadership experience and people engagement skills
- Proven negotiation skills
- Excellent analytical capabilities, a passion for data metrics and the ability to turn analysis into the creation, execution of actionable e-commerce programs and digital campaigns
- Examples of working with advertising platforms or agency providers to optimize and automate business flows
- Solid understanding of the conversion funnel, the digital retail landscape and the dynamics of e-Commerce& Omni-channel
- Proven digital transformation and digital capability building skills
