Job Description

Field retail team is one of the functional team under M&C which is mainly covering LEGO®

Certified Store business management. The focus of FR team is to deliver our core Brand Value Proposition and Customer Value Proposition in the marketplace by delivering professional customer management and retail operation management.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Business Management:
    • Drive and track results, Make the clear business plan with customer, lead customer function team to integrate the plan to support total business can be achieved.
    • Lead customer business sustainable growth and challenge status through new insights and ideas
    • Leverage resource to integrate and lead partner business development , Ensure resource using effectively and ROI
  • Partner Management:
    • Build strategic partnership and good relationship with responsible partners in the district
    • Influence partners to 100% Execute on fundamental Key drivers.
    • Actively communication with Customer team and internal team, Service customer well and make the more satisfied
    • Partner management and empowerment in terms of  people skill development & leadership coaching
  • Strive for retail operation perfection and build-up customer retail capability including flow plan management, activity planning and implementation and in-store merchandising and etc.
  • Good budget management skill to support the business development and ensure investment in the right way
  • Critical thinking to focus on the key problem
  • Closely work with internal functional team with strong collaboration

Do you have what it takes?

  • Bachelor’s degree above is preferred
  • 7 + years’ experience of sales in retail industry, strong customer/partner management experience is preferred.
  • Highly value on details, strong commitment to result and passionate in retail industry
  • Strategic thinking, analytical skill and insight driven with strong retail operation experience
  • Fast leaner, agility and can-do attitude
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Skilled in office software, esp. Excel and Power Point
  • Good command of English in writing and speaking
