Please note: The LEGO Benelux office is located in Brasschaat, Belgium (nearby the Dutch border). We can offer a local Belgian or Dutch contract depending on the country in which you are currently living in.
We're pleased to share that we offer a hybrid working week arrangement called Best of Both, requiring 3 days in the office/store location and 2 days from home.
No relocation assistance is offered for this position.
Core Responsibilities
Translate the global digital media strategy into a local Benelux context. Develop and lead the digital strategy incl. budget recommendations and planning.
Act as a digital consultant and subject matter expert on digital marketing and media management for the local team (incl. Search, Paid and Organic Social, Programmatic, YouTube advertising, gaming advertising, digital partnerships).
Collaborate with our owned digital channels, such as LEGO Life, LEGO.com & LEGO Social channels.
Drive performance measurement, translating performance data into practical insights. Work with the media agencies to optimise campaigns and develop short and long term testing roadmaps.
Take charge of planning the Retail media advertising strategy on the main retail media platforms.
Drive alignment and collaboration with all brand teams, eCommerce, regional teams and external partners to ensure efficiency and consistency in execution.
Do you have what it takes
Extensive relevant experience in digital marketing from agency, start-up or premium consumer brand. Affinity with both the Dutch and Belgian media landscape is necessary.
Proficient knowledge of digital channel management and ability to connect digital metrics & objective key results with overall marketing and business objectives.
A good understanding of GDPR, SEA, Display, Programmatic Video and Retail Media advertising strategies.
Track record of crafting and rolling out innovative, strategic and comprehensive digital marketing projects.
Budget overview, direction setting and coaching.
Fluent in English and Dutch, both spoken and written; CV must be submitted in English,
