Core Responsibilities:
Stakeholder engagement and readiness – Engage regional/ BU Leadership Teams to ensure sponsorship (in collaboration with Product team and Global Process Owner)
Alignment – Drive alignment across partners for product onboarding across workstreams and regional/ BU teams (in collaboration with Product team and Process Global Owner)
Change strategy – understand the degree of change, the complexity of existing and future processes and the support needed for successful embedding of digital tools
Deployment planning – detailed planning of timelines, ownership, R&R, comms and hypercare
Define global and regional change strategy (including change areas and owners)
Define change plan and materials
Identify and mobilize the relevant partners for regional execution activities
Deployment execution – responsible for managing the execution of deployment activities according to plan and timelines
Align with local LTs and partners and manage status of execution activities
Training phase planning and management
Adoption reporting – reporting progress and effectiveness of digital tool deployment, according to Product-defined metrics
Drive efficiencies for scaling – continuous improvements/ lessons learned to optimize strategy for future deployments

Come join us in Partner Product Management where we are building the digital products to support the wider internal LEGO organization and our 3rd party retail partners. In this role you will play a crucial part in leading our digital product adoption efforts ensuring that we have the right level of engagement with our end-users to ensure our products are embedded and rolled out successfully.
Furthermore, you will work closely with our product teams to ensure tight alignment between business processes and product capabilities.
Do you have what it takes
A degree is not a prerequisite, ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate relevant project and/or change management proficiency
Experience working with digital products
Experience in Change Management and Project Management
Ability to inspire and motivate others to embrace new ways of working
Team player who gets excited about making others succeed
Great teammate that thrives when working in an environment of high level of uncertainty, change and ambiguity
Strong presentation skills and stakeholder management skills
