Job Description

Core Responsibilities
Order management: Orders received via email/EDI/B2B tools are entered or uploaded into SAP within expected timeframe. Analyzes transactions, validates correct records and adjusts errors
Customer service: Responding to the customer inquiries via email or telephone to improve customer satisfaction levels
Claims handling: Assistance with customer claims investigations where appropriate
Communication with internal partners and 3PL
Performing month-end account analysis and reconciliation on a monthly basis

This is a key role in delivering Customer Service Excellence by elevating seamless, professional, effective order management and service to internal partners and external customers.
Do you have what it takes?
Min. one years of B2B customer service experience required
Excellent user of MS Office tools (Excel) and SAP
Great teammate and can-do mindset
Manage multiple tasks successfully in a hectic working day
Experience in working in a highly collaborative environment
Proactive and dedicated attitude
