The LEGO Agency is part of the LEGO Group that and focuses on delivering outstanding campaigns, insight driven & fit for purpose solutions across the LEGO group both developing Global Campaigns and also covering 4 main regions – AMS, EMEA, China & APAC.

The LEGO Agency Asia covers both China and APAC markets and is focused on developing End-to-End campaigns for the whole Asia region with special focus on China – occasion campaigns and amplifying global campaigns with a regional twist – incl. Full value chain from campaign strategy to final in-store solutions.

Core Responsibilities

  • Co-create China communication concept development and oversee the creative work end-to-end
  • Amplify Global campaigns in a locally relevant way with relevant consumer insight and effective media touchpoints
  • Originate Local creative campaigns with Global brand DNA
  • Lead and inspire the Creative teams, partner with Marketing department
  • Strong insight in communication trends in China
  • Partake in developing creative briefs based on business briefs received from China Marketing team
  • Be a strong LEGO Leader for the Creative team

Do you have what it takes?

  • Strong knowledge and application of the Chinese digital eco-system
  • Master degree in fine arts or similar, or the school of Life in an Advertising Agency is preferred
  • Minimum 6-10 years of experience in leading creative teams from big MNCs
  • Strong presentation skills
  • 8 years and above working experience, strong in social and digital creative experience
  • Ability to work with external partners e.g. Global and Local Brand team, media agencies, production companies
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English preferred
  • Traveling between offices in China, Singapore and Europe will occur – and readiness to direct teams in on-line meetings as well
