We’re looking for an experienced and dedicated content creative who can turn advertising production briefs into innovative, elevated entertainment that captivates LEGO fans around the world. You’ll be a key player in a passionate global team, working across departments to bring branded stories to life.
You’re hands-on, proactive, and able to manage projects from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution with a bold and dynamic creative approach.
No relocation assistance is offered for this position.
Core Responsibilities
Shoot, edit, and grade compelling video content (long and short) that resonates with both kids and adult fans
Work with creative and production teams to develop visually striking and engaging stories
Ensure all content is high-quality, dynamic, and optimized for their designated channels
Collaborate closely with communication strategists to align content with brand goals
Stay up to date on the latest in editing techniques, motion graphics, plug-ins and innovative storytelling formats
Stay ahead of social media trends, bringing fresh, bold ideas to every project
Work efficiently in both small and larger production teams

Our LEGO® Agency (OLA) is the internal creative agency at the LEGO® Group. OLA is responsible for driving communication and content experiences through the development and execution of global campaigns and content from the LEGO Group, as well as bringing to life new media experiences and activating local tactics across the brand’s portfolio of play experiences.
Do you have what it takes?
A highly skilled creative with a wide range of industry skills and proven experience in a creative agency, production house, studio or similar environment
A top pro at editing software (Adobe Premiere or DaVinci Resolve) with a strong sense of timing, pace, and visual storytelling.
Experienced in camera operation, lighting, and sound design to ensure professional-quality shoots
Collaborator with strong communication skills and the ability to work within a team globally
Organized, proactive, and detailed, with a strong sense of creative problem-solving.
Fluent in English (business proficiency); presentation skills are a plus.
Travel may be required
