If owning and driving the key data foundation on which we build insights related to our global retail development strategy excite you, our growing Retail Commercial Development team is looking for a new team member who is passionate about using information to deliver meaningful insights.  

 

 

Core responsibilities 

  • Deliver assessment of value created from digital products, in support of overall Retail commercial strategy key objectives with a special focus on LEGO.com 

  • Partner with Product teams to ensure tracking and monitoring of key metrics, triggering deep dives into outliers vs. expectations  

  • Develop and optimise data sources and dashboards to support value harvesting from Digital Product roadmap 

  • Deliver consistent, relevant insights and analysis to inform monthly Retail demand planning and commercial mitigation actions  

  • Tracks and monitors progress around OKRs and key Retail priorities throughout the year, providing visualization of progress  

  • Support management of team deliverables across relevant platforms (e.g JIRA, Sharepoint, Viva)

Retail Commercial Development is a newly established team within LEGO Retail, overseeing Central Business Planning for this global Market Group, consolidating plans across channels and working end-to-end in the Retail Value chain to develop and mobilize Retail commercial plans and Markets & Channels strategic priorities.  

This role will work across products and teams to support analysis of product performance, preparation of quantitative test scenarios, embedding and use of product analytics, as well as continuous analysis of user behaviours across the digital user journey. 

 

 

Do you have what it takes? 

  • Proficiency with digital and physical Retail analytics, data visualisation tools (e.g Adobe Analytics, Tableau, PowerBI) and big data platforms 

  • An analytical mentality with a balance of being both creative and analytical 

  • Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance and communicate the results of analyses in a clear and effective manner 

  • Strong time management skills and ability to work independently to meet deliverables 

  • Highly developed collaboration skills with an open mind allowing you to engage effectively across many departments and diverse teams 

  • Phenomenal skills for identifying problems and supporting solutions that solve product limitations while delivering strategic business growth
