Job Description

Bring your passion for retail marketing to the LEGO Retail Marketing team in China to help reach more families and bring them the most engaging shopping experience.

Core Responsibilities

Develop and execute omnichannel marketing campaigns to amplify LR China opportunity, provide lighthouse experience to LR store consumers

  • Adapt and execute Chinese shopper insight driven local campaigns and global LEGO Retail campaigns in LR China stores, including in store display and engagement design, POSM production, stakeholder communication, owned social media on-line activation etc.

  • Review and optimize campaign result and budget

  • Practice sharing with global team

  • Collaborate with VM and retail experience team to uplift in-store shopper journey and experience

Support commercial expansion, improve store awareness and drive footfall to our flagship stores, help grow conversion rate.

  • Deliver large scale event to improve store awareness and drive footfall to store, improve commercial opportunity.

  • Develop and implement store opening, renovation and anniversary marketing plans.

  • Support store specific business objective marketing plan

Leverage owned social platform to amplify LEGO Branded Retail store awareness and campaign awareness, drive footfall to store.

  • Manage Owned WeChat and DOUYIN social account with content calendar planning, execution and effectiveness review.

  • Optimize WeChat mini program to provide innovative online experience to consumers and trigger them to offline store.

  • Collaborate with Membership Activation Manager to engage members with effective digital content

  • Test new social media platform

  • Take Leading role to drive innovative digital in-store engagement

The LEGO Retail China Marketing Campaign Manager is a passionate retail marketer, accountable for developing innovative and engaging omnichannel campaigns for our branded retail stores in China.

We are targeting to provide a lighthouse experience for our shoppers and consumers in LEGO Brand Retail stores, and looking for you who will be delivering strong omnichannel campaigns, in close collaboration with both LEGO Retail and China Market Group marketing team.

Meanwhile, instrumental in planning and delivering efficient local execution of Global plan to deliver:

  • Regional sales results, NPS metrics and other business KPIs for both LEGO brand stores and LEGO.com

  • The ultimate brand experience to shoppers and consumers

Do you have what it takes?

  • BA or equivalent in marketing or related field is preferred

  • 5+ years relevant marketing experience for a premium retail brand with an understanding of brand and product marketing, shopper engagement and driving business results

  • Digital retail marketing skills (WeChat, Dianping, CRM, omni-channel touchpoints …)

  • Strong commercial skill with an understanding of how to optimize retail metrics

  • Strong understanding and experience of delivering local campaigns

  • Innovative approach and can do attitude

  • Ability to build, foster and nurture strong relationships with cross-functional and international teams

  • Strong project management capabilities

  • Media buying skills

  • Ability to balance between analytical and creative thinking

  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills

  • Well-organized, diligent multi-tasker with excellent written, verbal and visual communication skills

  • Proactive, result-oriented and positive attitude.

  • Solid skills with Microsoft Office suite

  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed (estimate 20% of time)
