Core Responsibilities

Business Process Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring that the Business Process Management (BPM) framework is followed across the organization. This involves reviewing processes for BPM compliance, training user groups on BPM standards, SAP Signavio, and related conventions. The role also provides service desk support, creating knowledge articles, and administering SAP Signavio by managing attributes, access, and workflows. Additionally, the manager is responsible for establishing SLAs, KPIs, and reporting to monitor performance and drive content quality in the process landscape. Continuous improvement is key, as the role identifies and implements technology enhancements in SAP Signavio, including managing licenses and enabling interfaces with other digital tools. Building a strong user community, the Business Process Manager offers consulting support, partners with teams on BPM questions, assists with process modeling, and drives engagement and communication to ensure seamless adoption and innovation in BPM practices.

The objective of the team is to create and develop a standard approach and platform to manage processes across the entire LEGO Group. Our platform will be one of the enablers for process improvement, by capturing process knowledge to be used for many different purposes, amongst others: ISO compliance, onboarding & training, Process insights etc.

Do you have what it takes?

You come with relevant background within Business Process Management (BPM) and end-to-end process understanding. You have:

  • Strong communication , experience to facilitate and leading changes with the ability to work across different cultures and timezones.

  • Shown ability to coach management and secure support for initiatives.

  • Successful track record of collaborating through local and global networks.

  • Ability to influence leadership, initiate change, and drive innovation while building strong interpersonal relationships.
