Core Responsibilities
Drive improvement of material flow financial processes in close collaboration with Supply Chain, Sales Business Units, Finance Business Partners and external partners
Facilitate definition and implementation of business requirements to Supply Chain finance processes and systems
Perform process standardization, automation, documentation
User support, including training in processes, governance and systems
Drive projects and activities, requiring process and system knowledge as well as change management focus
Collaborator management of business owners and other key internal and external collaborators

Business Processes & Information (BPI) is part of Business Service Operations. Our responsibilities cover global process ownership of Finance & HR processes as well as process expertise and interaction on finance, controlling as well as business & tax processes. Our mission is to develop and maintain efficient and effective standardized processes and bridge business needs with digital solutions. Your location will be in Billund, where you'll be part of a distributed team consisting of more than 70 committed colleagues.
Main purpose is to improve, manage and govern our Supply Chain financial processes, with a process and system focus, through deployment and development of specialist knowledge with an E2E perspective. In this role, you will need to facilitate business requirements delivery process and participate in ERP transformation project requiring process and SAP system knowledge.
Do you have what it takes?
Deep understanding of a supply chain organization and the processes they operate, including logistics & international trade
Proven experience preferably with the FI & CO, SD and MM modules in SAP
Experience with ERP transformation projects is an advantage
Effective communication and presentation skills in English (both verbal and written) and ability to explain complex issues in a language a user can understand
Structured approach and able to plan, prioritize and make things happen within the frame given
Showcase both an end-to-end approach as well as the attitude of a deep functional specialist
Experience working with global projects and change management
Applicants with knowledge of tax and customs will be preferred
Experience with process documentation and performing training
