Core Responsibilities
The Associate Tech Service Specialist is an independent and dedicated player in its own field. Considered as an asset in a service product being able to solve a wide variety of complex issues while shifting focus from being reactive to becoming proactive.
- Actively contributes to tasks in the product that focus on removal of waste, self-service, automation, accurate immediate ticket routing etc.
- Active global collaboration within the product and if needed in the bigger organization. Shares knowledge and information, seeks to learn standard processes. Takes ownership of tasks prioritized in the product.
- Takes a data driven approach when working on initiatives.

The team is based in our manufacturing facilities in Nyíregyháza and provides 24/7 support for end users, meaning they work in different shifts. Essentially, we offer support through various channels, primarily accessible via chat and phone. Additionally, we have a hybrid work model – Best of Both - three days in the office, two days at home. The work environment is exciting, inspiring, flexible, and we like to have fun along the way!
Do you have what it takes?
Passion for computer infrastructure especially virtual environment (network, computers, etc.) and a couple of years of experience is fundamental here. Broad understanding of Infrastructure security and computer capabilities as well. If you also have a deep interest for technology, and are eager to drive, learn and get things done, we will be pleased to hear from you.
As a person, we expect the right candidate to have a service approach and to be organized, like to interact with various people and be a problem solver for them. Strive to strength already existing IT fix skills and continuously think about how we succeed as a team. Also, to fit into our outstanding team bring a positive can-do-mindset.
To succeed in this role, you ideally already have experience within some of the following:
- Experience with IT Service Management Tools.
- Proficient with Microsoft OS, programs, and services.
- Experience with MacOS, iOS.
- Basic understanding of IT networks.
- Experience with low-code, no-code solutions.
- Experience with agile way of working and tools.
- Ability to analyze and work with data and reports.
Advanced English both written and verbally are needed since we are an international gathered team, and our “customers” are WW.
