Core Responsibilities

  • Lead brand marketing for LEGO franchises like LEGO Technic and LEGO Speed Champions: including forecasting, communication, budget planning, execution of the annual calendar, and performance reviews.

  • Partner closely with Trade Marketing, Digital, PR, Customer Development, Operations, and Sales teams.

  • Drive impactful projects to attract and encourage our Adults audience.

  • Partner with the France-Iberia Business Intelligence team to supervise results and recommend actionable insights.

  • Collaborate with global partners across Markets & Channels. Work with media agencies, creative partners, and intellectual property collaborators.

  • Coordinate Marketing Activities: Facilitate key marketing events, including showrooms, sales seminars, and customer previews.

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager (Preschool, Teens, Adults) for France-Iberia, you’ll work closely with broader marketing and cross-functional partners.

By developing creative strategies and marketing plans, you will help drive demand while strengthening the brand image with our target consumers and shoppers.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Experience in brand marketing and commercial success, with a track record of delivering results.

  • Media expertise: Emphasizing a digital-first approach, with a focus on critical metrics, digital levers, and eCommerce channels.

  • Analytical skills: Ability to transform data into actionable business insights.

  • Curious and innovative: Passion for marketing innovation, combined with a flexible and proactive attitude to go above and beyond.

  • Proven track record to work across teams and projects, partnering with both internal multifunctional customers and external agencies.

  • Proficient English is required; French or Spanish is a plus.
