Job Description
Core Responsibilities:
Planning & Reporting
- Build and optimize rolling forecast of responsible franchises with the granularity down to channels / size level based on the latest CS performance & marketing activities.
- Drive co-work with brand, channel & operation team to deliver aligned CS plan at monthly DP cycle.
- Support to prepare integrated portfolio plan overview at monthly planning cycle.
- Lead weekly and monthly portfolio review. Monitor and track the sales progress against plan to reflect necessary action plan.
Content & GTM
- Local contact window for global Brand Catalogue production.
- Assist to facilitate internal & external Novelty pre-view sessions.
- Business Contact window for CCMD (Content management and distribution system)
- Assist Local content integration such as monthly social calendar, We-Chat communication assets, etc.
Do you have what it takes?
- 3+ years of working experience in planning related functions is preferred.
- Strong data analysis skills and advanced knowledge of MS office applications (Excel and
- PPT).
- Strong team player and good x-functional communication skills. Learning agility.
- Great communication & written skills in English & Chinese.
- If you are from Retail/FMCG/Consumer Industries that will be a plus.
