Job Description
Jaká bude náplň tvé práce?
• Vřelá komunikace se zákazníky, zjišťování jejich potřeb a přání; aktivní pomoc s orientací v obchodě, aby zákazníci našli to, co potřebují; interakce s dětmi
• Nabízení doplňkových produktů a služeb jako např. věrnostní klubová karta, vyřizování reklamací a eskalace obtížnějších požadavků vedoucí/mu prodejny
• Spolupráce s dalšími kolegyněmi a kolegy na prodejně tak, aby si všichni zákazníci odnesli z návštěvy naší prodejny jen ty nejlepší pocity a dojmy
• Manipulace s hotovostí a vyřizování bezhotovostních transakcí dle popsaných postupů
• Spolupráce na vystavení našich produktů na regálech; přehled o tom, kde, co chybí a zajištění případného doplnění Jsi tím správným člověkem pro tuto roli? • Velmi srdečný vztah k našim produktům, dětem a hodnotám společnosti LEGO Group
• Zkušenost z obchodu je výhodou ale ne podmínkou, důležitější je pro nás nadšení do práce se zákazníky, dětmi a našimi produkty • Výborné komunikační a organizační dovednosti
• Schopnost učit se pracovním postupům a procesům, zájem o sledování novinek v našem portfoliu
• Velmi pokročilá znalost češtiny, znalost angličtiny je výhodou, ne podmínkou
• Základní dovednosti na počítači na úrovni běžného uživatele Proč se přidat k nám do týmu?
