We are seeking an Analytics & Insights Partner to act as a strategic advisor, delivering data-driven insights that advise decisions, optimise performance, and drive commercial growth. As a key member of the RO/BG/IS business unit leadership team, you will combine business insight, analytical expertise, and storytelling skills to support both short-term goals and long-term strategies.
Core Responsibilities
Strategic Advisory: Collaborate with leadership to develop tailored analytic solutions and track key performance metrics.
Performance Analysis & Insights: Provide deep-dive analyses on business performance, uncovering actionable insights.
Forecasting & Advanced Analytics: Apply statistical modeling and forecasting tools to anticipate trends and inform strategies.
Storytelling: Translate complex data insights into compelling narratives for non-technical partners.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales, finance, and operations to align insights with business strategies.
Independent Project Management: Lead ad hoc analyses, resolve conflicts, and deliver insights with minimal guidance.
Key Deliverables:
Build and maintain performance reporting for the region.
Analyze data from pricing, promotions, and product mix to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
Implement forecasting tools and guide decision-making through insights.
Train teams on self-service data tools and recommend additional solutions.
Support “test and learn” experiments, providing clear result's analysis.
Integrate insights from industry and shopper data to inform commercial strategies.
Do you have what it takes?
Technical Proficiency: Intermediate expertise in SQL, Python, and tools like Snowflake and Databricks.
Analytical Expertise: Proficient in data modeling, exploratory analysis, and statistical techniques.
Storytelling with Data: Ability to present insights in a clear and actionable format for diverse audiences.
Commercial Competence: Strong understanding of market trends, performance drivers, and consumer behavior.
Collaboration & Influence: Skilled in partnering with cross-functional teams and influencing decisions.
Experience Required:
Experienced in analytics or insights roles, preferably in consumer goods, retail or consultancy company
Proven experience in building dashboards and structuring datasets.
Ability to synthesize data for diverse audiences and manage ad hoc projects.
