We are searching for a new great teammate who wants to develop their skills within Accounts Payable for our iconic brand.

Please note that relocation support is not available for this position.

Core Responsibilities

  • Support basic execution of AP processes in a timely, efficient and accurate manner, including  
  • Invoice processing (in SAP system), payments processing on daily and weekly basis, delivering high quality service  
  • Basic resolution of payment related inquires when escalated
  • Building basic customer relations across areas and geographies
  • Supporting compliance of the company policies and procedures, and supporting operation of global, standardised and scalable processes 
  • Utilize automation tools and software to streamline invoice processing, payment approvals, and vendor communications
  • Using Activity Based Working, supporting in creating a culture that inspires collaboration, encourages knowledge sharing and incorporates exciting “New Ways of Working” in the everyday 
  • Supporting high-quality service handling of basic customer queries 
  • Supporting productivity initiatives across cross functional areas 
  • Understanding, learning and using the financial IT platforms ARIS, the local and global processes and policies as an enabling function 
  • Support BSO performance management reviews

Accounts payable is part of the general accounting department, and its specific mission is to manage and oversee ‘accounts being paid’ or the money flowing out of a business.

As you would expect, the efficiency of our accounts payable system directly relates to the organisation’s financial stability and reputation and is an extremely vital part of a successful business.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Preferably some form of working experience or exposure to finance processes
  • Knowledge of MS Office tools (MS Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Teams etc.)
  • Previous experience of SAP or another large-scale ERP system would be a plus
  • Analytical in nature, detail and high-quality oriented 
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks successfully
  • Proficiency in English language
  • Willingness to learn new things, improve processes and cooperate with others
