“What I love about my role is that it enables me to play a part in championing our culture. As a Senior Manager in Partnering & Operations, I’m responsible for establishing our Human Resources function. This means making our vision, mission, promises and values a key part of the strategy that will help build and grow our operation in Vietnam.
“Our focus here is on growth and sustainability. To achieve this, we collaborate to create continuous improvement and the best possible outcomes. As always, children are our role model. They inspire us - and we aim to inspire them and help them develop as the builders of tomorrow. Each of us can contribute to this. By showing leadership in our own area of expertise, we’re able to meet our own responsibilities and, together, drive the success of the project and the whole team.
“We want everyone that works here to develop and become their best self. This means bringing imagination and creativity to what we do. Play is key to. We use this to explore and it keeps us all inspired and engaged. We have fun with what we do - and because we enjoy it, this helps with our wellbeing. It’s a big part of my role to introduce play programs here. This. along with our focus on diversity and inclusion, allows us all to be ourselves and feel like we belong.
