Say Hej to our award winning Customer Service team
To launch our arrival in Berlin, Germany we hosted an online carers event to say hej to the awesome colleagues working Behind the Bricks in our award-winning Customer Service team.
We shared the exciting news that our brand-new Berlin office will be opening in early June 2021, and that we’re looking for new colleagues to come and join us as we build our team from the ground up. Joining a team of over 600 colleagues around the world, from the USA, UK, and Singapore, our Customer Service team is the voice of the LEGO Group, globally, spreading the LEGO® love to all our fans world-wide.
During our event, we discussed what makes working at the LEGO Group awesome and what a day in the life of a Customer Service advisor looks like. We spoke with Steve, Michael, Camilla and Kevin about some of their favourite parts about working here. You can replay the full event above too.

“My schedule is different every day, it’s never just one thing. I love speaking to customers. When people hear customer service, they always think ‘Ooo that sounds difficult’, but speaking to so many people every day, solving their problems, and helping them find that magic, for me that’s what I love about working here.”

“I’ve always enjoyed helping people, so I really like that I can help someone here, and it’s always rewarding when you’re able to help someone and they’re thanking you for it. You may feel like you’re not doing much, because sometimes it’s just tracking someone’s parcel, but to that person it is really important, because it’s a present. It feels great to see them with a smile and laughing. Also, the discount is awesome!”
