Replacement parts service for retailers

If a customer bought a set from your shop and some parts were missing or faulty, they can request the parts they need straight from our Bricks & Pieces replacement parts service or they can give us a call and order the parts.

We’ll then send the parts directly to the customer so they can continue building their model. In case you were wondering, you can check out our delivery times for replacement parts orders here.

In the rare case that a lot of parts are missing from a brand new set, please exchange it and report the faulty set to our retailer service.
