Get it right every time with a LEGO® Gift Card

To redeem a LEGO Gift Card or LEGO e-Gift Card over the phone, Customer Service will ask you for your 19-digit Card number and PIN code.

If the Gift Card covers the cost of your order, we will place any remaining balance back in a Gift Card account accessible with your Gift Card or e-Gift Card number. The next time you place an order, you will be able to use that number again together with the PIN to obtain the remaining balance on your Gift Card.

LEGO Gift Cards issued for use in Italy are issued by LEGO System A/S in Euro and can be used in Italy only. LEGO Gift Cards and e-Gift Cards purchased on LEGO.com can be used on LEGO.com and only in accordance with the LEGO.com online store Terms and Conditions.

LEGO System A/S is part of the LEGO Group of companies. When reference in these Rules and Regulations is made to 'LEGO' a reference is made to LEGO System A/S for LEGO Gift Cards.

LEGO Gift Cards/e-Gift Cards and unused portions of LEGO Gift Cards/e-Gift Cards do not have an expiry date.

LEGO Gift Cards/e-Gift Cards are to be used toward the purchase of products available in the LEGO online store LEGO.com in Italy.

LEGO Gift Cards/e-Gift Cards can be redeemed at LEGO.com. They are redeemable for merchandise including shipping charges and VAT directly related to the merchandise only.

LEGO Gift Cards/e-Gift Cards cannot be used in LEGO Stores, LEGOLAND parks, LEGOLAND Discovery Centers or for the purchase of LEGO® products at third-party retailers or stores.

LEGO reserves the right to correct the balance of a LEGO Gift Card/e-Gift Card if it believes that a billing error has occurred.

LEGO Gift Cards/e-Gift Cards cannot be returned and cannot be exchanged for cash except where it is required by law.

Any unused balance will remain on the LEGO Gift Card/e-Gift Card and can be used toward a future purchase. Unused balances on LEGO Gift Cards/e-Gift Cards are not transferrable.

If your order exceeds the amount of your LEGO Gift Card/e-Gift Card, you must pay for the balance with another valid method of payment. LEGO Gift Cards/e-Gift Cards can’t be used in conjunction with PayPal.

You may use up to three LEGO Gift Cards/e-Gift Cards on a single order.

LEGO Gift Cards/e-Gift Cards purchased on LEGO.com can only be purchased by individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older and otherwise in accordance with the LEGO.com website Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

The LEGO Group is not responsible for LEGO Gift Cards/e-Gift Cards that are lost, stolen, destroyed or undelivered because of inaccurate information, which includes, but is not limited to, physical address and email address. If you have any questions, please contact Customer Services at 800 142 890. LEGO Gift Cards/e-Gift Cards that are found to be undeliverable will be delivered to the correct recipient address as soon as possible after the correct information becomes available.

You shall take all reasonable measures, in accordance with the terms and conditions, to protect the 19-digit number from the received LEGO Gift Cards/e-Gift Cards email and you shall without undue delay notify the LEGO Group if you become aware of loss, theft, or unjustified acquisition of the LEGO Gift Cards/e-Gift Cards.

The LEGO Shop is not responsible for the content of text messages accompanying LEGO Gift Cards/e-Gift Cards. The buyer of the Gift Cards/e-Gift Cards assumes all responsibility for personal messages accompanying LEGO Gift Cards/e-Gift Cards.

LEGO System A/S will have the right to close customer accounts and request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained LEGO Gift Card/e-Gift Card is redeemed through LEGO.com.

LEGO reserves the right to limit quantities of LEGO Gift Cards/e-Gift Cards purchased by any person or entity on LEGO.com.

LEGO® Insiders points are not earned for the purchase of LEGO Gift Cards/e-Gift Cards. However, LEGO® Insiders points will be earned on purchases made with LEGO Gift Cards/e-Gift Cards at the time the Gift Cards/e-Gift Cards are redeemed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the LEGO® Insiders program.

In the event of any liability on the part of LEGO, its agents, or distributors due to a negligent breach of contractual obligations, LEGO is not liable for damages or in case of force majeure events.

Nothing in this section shall exclude LEGO, its agents, or distributors from liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, gross negligent behavior or for any other liability whose limitation is prohibited by law.

These Rules and Regulations and all matters arising out of or relating to these Rules and Regulations are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Italy without regard to the conflict of law provisions thereof to the extent such principles or rules would require or permit the application of the laws or any jurisdiction other than those of Italy.

If you want to redeem your LEGO Gift Card or LEGO e-Gift Card online, simply place the items you wish to purchase in your shopping bag by clicking the “Add to Bag” button next to the desired item(s) and then proceed to checkout.

To redeem a LEGO Gift Card, you’ll need the 19-digit number, and 4-digit PIN code found on the back of the card. When you receive your LEGO Gift Card, just scratch off the silver PIN box to see your PIN code. To redeem a LEGO e-Gift Card, you’ll need the 19-digit number from your LEGO e-Gift Card email.

On the second page of checkout (Payment page) there will be a Gift Card section following your order summary with fields to enter your LEGO Gift Card/e-Gift Card number and PIN. Enter your Gift Card/e-Gift Card number and PIN and hit “Apply Gift Card”. (Your Gift Card or e-Gift Card will not be applied if you do not hit “Apply Gift Card” before checking out.) The page will then refresh and automatically apply your Gift Card or LEGO e-Gift Card amount to your order.

If the Gift Card or LEGO e-Gift Card covers the cost of your order, any remaining balance will continue to be available for use in your LEGO Gift Card or LEGO e-Gift Card account.

If the cost of your order exceeds the amount of your LEGO Gift Card or LEGO e-Gift Card, you must pay for the balance of the order with another valid payment method. We do not accept partial payment by invoice or PayPal.

Redemption of a LEGO Gift Card or a LEGO e-Gift Card by Phone Order:

If you want to redeem your LEGO Gift Card or LEGO e-Gift Card by phone order, simply give your LEGO Gift Card/e-Gift Card number and PIN to the Customer Service Representative.

LEGO Gift Card/e-Gift Card Delivery Problems

If the intended recipient of a LEGO e-Gift Card claims they never received the e-Gift Card, it is possible that they either accidentally deleted the email or may be blocking emails from certain addresses. Users of ISPs, such as AOL and Hotmail, have the option of blocking all email messages that originate outside of their domain. If you think this might be the case, please contact the gift recipient first to make sure their inbox is configured to accept emails from LEGO.com.

If the LEGO e-Gift Card email was in fact blocked, please contact our Customer Service Representative for assistance at 800 142 890. Please have the following information when you call:

Billing name and address of the buyer of the e-Gift Card

Email address to which the e-Gift Card was sent
