We’re a close-knit team at LEGO® Education. Each of us has a crucial role to play in our products’ journey to customers. Making sure we get everything right the first time is all thanks to Simran and her team.
"My team plays a pivotal role in the final step of the customer ordering journey," Simran explains. "We take over after the order is placed, ensure accuracy, resolve any issues, and work closely with the warehouse to get the products out the door as quickly as possible."
But it’s not just about processing orders; Simran and her colleagues also focus on building solid relationships and providing exceptional customer service.
"We’re the face of the company. After the customer decides to purchase from us, we answer questions, provide recommendations, and offer support through the entire process. Customer satisfaction, attention to detail and a proactive approach are key."
"We go above and beyond to ensure that orders are accurate and delivered on time. This also means working with supply planning to reserve inventory for large orders and offer expedited shipping or split orders when needed."
Supporting the sales team by providing them with valuable data and insights is another important aspect of Simran’s job.
"We're constantly looking for new ways to align across all teams and provide them with the information they need to be successful. Embracing a curious mindset, being patient, and continuous learning helps with this."
"I'm always asking questions and seeking out new information. This helps me better understand our products and provide accurate and helpful answers to our customers. Playing with LEGO sets at home has deepened my understanding of the products and their educational value."
