Core Responsibilities

  • Be an integral part of the Leadership Team to build a coherent direction, working culture, motivation and satisfaction in the department.

  • Lead and establish Agile processes that are suitable to the teams based on the team’s level of maturity and needs.

  • Drive the team to professionalize our different Agile processes (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and be responsible for Agile training

  • Lead our prioritization process and ensure focus on value creation.

  • Proactively remove impediments and guide the team in removing impediments.

  • Mentor the team and the Product Owners / Managers in Agile best practices.

  • Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution. Drive team development through retrospectives while creating an open and trusting environment.

  • Foster continuous learning environment by helping teams to inspect & adapt.

Additive Design & Manufacturing is focusing on the development of Additive Manufacturing (AM) technologies involving research and development of design methodologies and technologies, production technologies, materials, and applications. Our focus is on polymer AM production for different applications and with different collaborators.

The team strives to push and drive the AM industry and its technologies towards true large-scale production.

In this role, you will be a part of our Agile journey and continue to optimize our Agile setup. The role will both drive day to day execution as a part of our ceremonies but will also serve as a mentor to the team, to ensure we maintain Agile principles, while adapting its structure our needs. As the team is not only focusing on software but on complex technology development, it is important that you help provide mentorship and while having persistent focus on value adding activities.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Experience acting as a Senior Scrum Master and/or an Agile Coach in a fast-paced tech environment.

  • Deep knowledge of Agile principles and the flexibility to adapt your experience to new and evolving environments.

  • Experience working in complex Agile environments with multiple teams and different levels organizationally.

  • High organizational skills and ability to work with diverse tasks

  • A can-do-attitude and are not afraid to tackle new tasks or try out new ways of working.

  • Independent, determined and pro-active colleague

  • Experience with Jira and other Agile management tools would be a clear advantage
