Our Digital Technology team share ideas and explore possibilities to make every LEGO® experience awesome. We experiment, innovate and create to change the way our colleagues work, and LEGO fans play, all around the world.
We’re on the lookout for our next generation of digital talent. So, if you want to build a career full of support, learning, opportunities and play, come and join us.
Applications for our Winter 2024 intake are now closed. However, we'll be on the lookout for future digital talent in Spring 2025. Keep an eye on this page for further updates!
Whichever track you take; we’ll aim to give you the best possible start to your professional career. We’ll help you gain critical future skills and give you every opportunity to put them into practice on real projects. We’ll also give you the flexibility to find the right balance between university and work.
Our Digital Technology team is a community and you’ll be part of it straight away. You’ll be surrounded by experienced experts who’ll be happy to share their knowledge and support your progress. And there will be plenty of internal events where you and your fellow student workers can learn and play together.
That’s great! You have two opportunities each year to register your interest in our roles, in April and September. If your application is accepted, you’ll be automatically considered for every role that matches your interests and educational background.

In April and September, we’ll start reviewing applications from our system.
In May and October/November, we’ll hold our assessment centres. If you are invited to attend, this will be your chance to showcase your skills and capabilities.
If you shine at the assessment centre, you’ll be taken forward to meet your future mentors and colleagues at the LEGO Group. By the middle of the month, we will have made our final decisions.
In June and December/January, if you’re successful, you’ll begin your awesome onboarding experience.
You’ll need to be a student at either a university or a university college. We welcome applications from students at the start of their studies, and prefer you to have at least 1½ years left of your study. A relevant educational programme would be ideal, but it’s not essential. If you live in Denmark and are eager to learn and passionate about technology, we would love to hear from you!
We’d love to meet you too! We visit a wide range of career events each year. This year, we’ll be at selected events at:
• DTU - Technical University of Denmark
• VIA Horsens
• SDU University of Southern Denmark
• AU Aarhus University
• AAU Aalborg University
Keep an eye on your university’s careers and events sites, to see when we’ll be turning up.
