Core Responsibilities

  • Lead and participate in the end-to-end process of translating learning needs into learning interventions: designing, curating, testing the effectiveness and delivery of L&D interventions using various learning tools and methods such as blended learning, e-learning, facilitation, etc.

  • Own learning intervention(s) and/or solution(s), including planning delivery and coordinating internal/external tutors and vendors

  • Act as facilitator and co-facilitator of sessions mostly in a virtual environment

  • Act as SME for skills/learning development with a focus on learning solutions

  • Work with stakeholders, Skill Family Leaders, Skill Leads and SME to ensure scope is met and deliverables are on track

  • Identify skill gaps and future learning needs through their network, and flag these for potential inclusion in the learning plan

  • Support the successful implementation of the One L&D team

  • Contribute to projects to improve learning and development processes, tools and systems and ensure innovation of learning approaches and training methods

  • Track and evaluate the success of development initiatives to drive improvement in key L&D metrics

  • Stay updated on current trends and standard methodologies in learning and development

  • Undertake stretch assignments to develop skill set

In this role, you will be a part of Global Production L&D Team that drives mainly the development for local Production teams. However, as a member of broader team, you will have an opportunity to also participate in activities and initiatives which have a global impact.

Do you have what it takes?

To be successful in this role we imagine that you have:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in designing and delivering learning and development interventions

  • Experience within an HR function preferable

  • A creative and innovative approach to learning design, applying various tools and methods such as blended learning, e-learning, and facilitation

  • Ability to own and drive product (learning intervention) development, including delivery planning and deployment

  • Excellent communication and ability to influence and drive activity in a partnering model.

  • Proficient facilitating skills, with experience in conducting online sessions

  • MS Office and knowledge of any technology used to design and facilitate online sessions

  • Determined and capable of taking initiative and working independently

Additional details on this position

This position will initially be based at 501 Boylston St, Back Bay, before moving to a new office location at 1001 Boylston St by the mid-2025. Our hiring teams will discuss this with you during the interview stages.

The salary for this position has a range of $90,000 - $135,000 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer. (Only for US, salaried roles)
