Meet Chau
Our culture, I think, is the most important thing people should know about working here. It’s what unite us. We share what we know and support one another and this means we can keep on making things better, as well as developing ourselves.
For example, I’m in charge of IT. Keeping up to date with the latest developments in this area means I learn all the time. So I’m able to bring what I know to make my colleagues roles easier. I love my job here. The next thing on my list is to discover more about automation tools. This would be a win-win: less work for us, better outcomes for our customers. I find this really motivating. We always want to bring the best quality solution. It can be challenging sometimes. But taking a creative approach also makes it fun and rewarding. Besides, any chance to explore new technologies and I’m there.
We’re so lucky. How we do things here makes it a great place to work. And because the LEGO Group is so focused on looking after us all, we’re all feel very at home and want to keep getting better.
