2024 marks the 100th anniversary of Britain’s first red phone box design. It is estimated that between 1,500 and 1,700 of Scott’s K2 phone boxes were installed in London from 1926 to 1935. Of those, around two hundred still exist today and have been given Grade II listing status by English Heritage.
