Steps

  • Step 1

    Let's talk

    Red telephone

Take the time to sit and have a conversation about personal strengths, explaining how each person has different things we are good at and that having different personal strengths is great, because then we can help each other.

  • Step 2

    What makes you... you?

A rainbow sheep surrounded by normal sheep

Let’s see if you can build yourself by choosing bricks that help to describe who you are and what you are good at.

  • Step 3

How do you want the world to see you?

Punk Rock duck in a line of other ducks

As you’re going through the build, discuss things like: What did you build? What does your picture tell us about what things you are good at? How can your personal strengths help the people around you?

Top tip

It’s good to be aware that the model does not have to look like themselves.
