Our Customer Service team talks to over 2 million customers each year – making sure we keep the LEGO® love strong.
If you’ve ever reached out to us, you might have been in touch with our Slough UK office. It’s home to our awesome Customer Service team, who respond to some of the best challenges from some of our biggest fans. It’s where our team gets to provide care, assistance and create that LEGO experience our customers and fans expect from us.
They’re not limited to just our UK fans either. Our Slough Customer Service team talk to people from all over the world, such as Germany, Denmark, Sweden, Estonia, Lithuania, Russia, Portugal, Italy, France, Australia, US, and many more.
Finding the perfect answer
Our team talks to over 2 million customers each year, helping them find the perfect answer. But it’s not all queries and challenges, we also get lots of fan mail - everything from people loving our sets to designers-in-the-making asking for career advice. We also get some great stories from builders of all ages, sharing their adventures with our products and play experiences. Our Customer Service team likes to share solutions with each other and help one another find the perfect response. And the best place to share? Over a game of table football in the canteen of course!
The perfect space
With working spaces all over the office, the biggest is our collaboration area. It’s the perfect space to gather together for meetings, do some quiet work, and even hold our town hall meetings to update our teams on news and exciting product launches. We also have a weekly yoga session in this space, to keep everyone’s minds healthy and their body’s moving.
Grow & learn
We love to watch our people grow and learn every day, and they couldn’t do that without extra tools and resources. That’s why we provide a large variety of learning and development opportunities, from academies to LinkedIn Learning courses, there’s something for everyone. With a social fun working environment, everyone is encouraged to bring their full self to work and to grow at their own speed.
Location, Location, Location
Our office is only a ten-minute walk to the train station, where you can travel to London in just 20 minutes. The recent pandemic may have meant our team has been working safely from home, but this is not something new. Our Slough team has the opportunity to work flexibly.
