We're looking for a passionate student worker to support our team with various operational tasks, which means we need a detail oriented person who finds joy in the big picture, but can stay focused on the day-to-day simpler tasks that can make a big difference for the ones you are interacting with.
 

Core Responsibilities
If you are new in the corporate world, want to kickstart your career and you are curious to what it takes to succeed within a global company, this entry level position in the LEGO Group is a good place to start. You will be able to help shape ways of working in many areas related to management of external creative agencies and at the same time learn from a well stablished team and organization around you.

You will support the team in variety of tasks, including, but not limited to:

  • Maintain the roster of external partners with (using MS SharePoint, Miro Board and Excel spreadsheets).
  • Create data-analysis reports based NPS and other insigths reports and on contracted services and expendures with our partners - Identification of key pain points and opportunities for improvements.
  • Ensure email reminders/notifications are set out to inform colleagues new information or updates in the roster.
  • Support LEGO Agency key stakeholder with day-to-day tasks related to surveys, creation or finalization of PPT decks, creation or finalization of excel and word documents.

Do you have what it takes?

  • It is a prerequisite that you are enrolled in an educational institution during your employment as a student worker. 
  • You are well on your way with a relevant academic education in the fields of, Business Administration, Business Intelligence/strategy, Data management, Marketing (Business or tech related study background year 2-3 of university or related schooling) – regardless you must be passionate about corporate organizations.
  • You must have a passion for internal communication, a desire to support change and an ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Digital savvy & computer literate. Advanced skills in SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Dynamic, eager to learn and motivated!
  • Attention to details is an absolute must.
  • Approx. able to work 20 hours a week and your primary working location is Billund (1-2 days a week), in additional to flex days where there will opportunities to work from home to accommodate your academic schedule.
  • Preferable a commitment of 1 year of engagement in the student worker position.
