This position will be responsible for leading the target setting process within Membership & Personalization and ensures through regular financial forecasting & demand updates that we achieve our goals effectively, efficiently and profitably.

Please note the work location is either Copenhagen or Billund, Denmark and no relocation assistance is offered for this role.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead and Implement: Develop and drive adoption of commercial planning, target setting, and risk management frameworks.
  • Annual Forecasting & Target Setting: Oversee the forecasting and target setting process, supporting M&P Performance and aligning with LEGO Group’s OKR and LEGO Retail’s planning process.
  • P&L Management: Manage the P&L process to drive a profitable membership program. Investigate trends, support business cases, and provide actionable insights in partnership with Finance.
  • Deliver Forecasts and Insights: Provide high-quality commercial forecasts and predictive insights to optimize demand and performance management. Enable data-driven decision making and timely risk management in collaboration with performance, analytics, and finance teams.
  • Communicate with Stakeholders: Present forecasts, insights, and risk analyses to senior stakeholders with clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Points Liability Forecasting: Work with Membership Operations to forecast points liability and incorporate it into overall financial planning and risk management.
  • Campaign Target Setting: Work with the CRM Hub and proposition team on target setting and new personalization initiatives.
  • Define Excellence: Coach and mentor team members, promoting knowledge-sharing across commercial performance management teams in M&C, LEGO Retail, and Finance.

You will report directly to the Senior Director of Performance, Development & Decisioning, and work closely with key cross-functional teams across M&C (Markets & Channels), Finance, LEGO Retail, PMD (Product Marketing Department), and Digital.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Relevant experience working in commercial performance management, finance and/or analytics
  • Advanced Excel experience is a must
  • Strong structured problem solving & communication capabilities
  • Excels at communicating with senior collaborators (written & oral); able to convey clear, concise and actionable recommendations based on solid foundation
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams
  • Solid understanding of personalisation, CRM, and loyalty programs
  • Energetic and determined, with a strong focus on overcoming challenges, achieving results, and ensuring high quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborative communicator with experience working across cultures and time zones to build strong, lasting relationships.
