Come join as End-2-End (E2E) responsible eCommerce Planning Manager to sell LEGO® bricks piece by piece directly to Consumers!

Core Responsibilities

The Global eCommerce Planning Manager Brick Sales - LEGO.com is responsible for developing and running the Pick-a-Brick online demand forecasts & planning. Coordinating with cross-functional teams for smooth operating processes and ensuring product availability and timely order fulfilment. This role is important in supporting new product/experience launches. In promotional campaigns, and contributing to the global sales, inventory, and operations planning process of Pick-a-Brick on LEGO.com.

  • Identify sales trends and demand drivers: Analyze sales trends, research demand drivers, and prepare forecast data to inform decision-making.
  • Strive for standardization across geographies and warehouses: Ensure standardization in element order flows, forecasting, and reporting while accommodating regional nuances.
  • Collaborate with trading and marketing teams: Ensure that promotions and events are accounted for in demand plans and are reflected in the warehouse capacity plans.
  • Support management with regular operations processes: Assist management with ongoing daily operational tasks and processes to ensure smooth e-commerce operations.

Do you have what it takes?

Succeeding in the role requires a solid E2E eCommerce background, a consistent track record & demonstrated ability to follow-through from idea to implementation. The preferred candidate holds ability to understand business challenges end-to-end, while being able to investigate the details to solve the challenges at hand. A well-developed, structured approach to problem solving and strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

In addition:

  • Experience with eCommerce operations/trading/business development, understanding of order flows and problem solving in case of processing errors.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and forecasting techniques.
  • Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools like Tableau or Microsoft Power BI are a Bonus.
  • Experience working with warehouses and logistic flows in a startup like environment.

Well of course, advanced English both written and verbally is a must since we work with colleagues and partners globally.
