Core Responsibilities

  • Develop and complete content creator marketing strategies and creative campaigns with the Community Lead in the LEGO GAME organization.

  • Audit and develop channel-based content creator strategies across global key markets.

  • Align gaming creator partnerships with brand goals and target audience.

  • Identify and build relationships with prominent content creators and thought leaders in the gaming, lifestyle and LEGO community spaces.

  • Maintain regular communication with content partners to ensure successful collaboration.

  • Coordinate and manage the end-to-end operations of creator content marketing campaigns.

  • Negotiate contracts and manage budgets for partnerships.

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to measure effectiveness and return on investment.

  • Provide regular reports on campaign metrics and insights for future improvement.

  • Drive the LEGO brand recognition and engagement through authentic and impactful partner content.

  • Ensure that all creator content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Experience working with influencers and content creators in community-first spaces and ecosystems

  • Have experience with being client facing and building relationships with high profile thought leaders

  • Strong project management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience working with global markets

  • Have worked either on digital play experiences or on digital games

  • Experience from working in big matrix led organizations with many partners

Please note: This is a permanent position based in Billund, Denmark. Our flexible working model allows employees to work 2 days/week from home (3 days in the office). Relocation support is not offered for this role.
