Core Responsibilities

  • Deliver your section of the consolidated Financial Statements (Annual Report and Interim Report)

  • Participate in monthly reporting processes, budget, forecasting and ensuring consistent and accurate financial reporting across all entities in the LEGO Group

  • Generate actionable insights from data and drive performance through effective target setting and collaboration with stakeholders including top management

  • Support and implement changes and best practices in accounting policies.

  • Take part in the digital agenda to enhance the team's productivity by optimising the use of IT tools and implementing best practices.

  • Engage in cross-functional projects aimed at standardising processes, optimising and simplifying workflows, automating tasks, and improving data quality.

  • Build and sustain strong relationships with our global stakeholders to support collaboration and knowledge-sharing.

You will be part of a collaborative, strong, and fun team in External Reporting and deliver your part of high quality financial reporting and support decision-making, as well as working closely with colleagues globally on daily actions and optimise current processes!

Do you have what it takes?

  • 3+ years of demonstrated experience in analysing financial data to support decision-making in a large organisation

  • Proven track record of managing financial processes efficiently and delivering results in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience in collaborating with various stakeholders, with a strong understanding of business practices

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, facilitating collaboration and fostering positive working relationships within the team and across departments

  • Able to translate financial data into actionable insights to support decision-making, in a relevant and understandable way for colleagues without a finance background

  • Result and deadline driven professional with strong organisational skills, proactive and curious approach, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and possesses ability to stay calm under pressure

  • Solid communication skills in English – both written and verbal form

  • Previous experience with SAP, Power BI, or Generative AI is a plus
