Job Description

Join the LEGO Group as CRM Channel & Content Manager: Drive strategic growth in member engagement, revenue, and personalisation!

You will play a key role in expanding member relationship channels and personalisation efforts. You'll identify new opportunities to enhance content and drive member engagement, retention, and revenue growth across all touchpoints.

Please note the work location is in Copenhagen, Denmark and no relocation assistance is offered for this role.

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with membership and personalisation objectives and business goals.
  • Explore and integrate new communication channels into the CRM mix, ensuring they meet our standards for engagement and deliver on performance metrics.
  • Oversee the creation of diverse, high-quality content for each channel, ensuring brand consistency and cohesive messaging.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to expand the reach and effectiveness of CRM initiatives.
  • Analyze and report on channel and content performance, using insights to fuel growth and boost NPS.
  • Stay ahead of CRM, channel marketing, and content trends, applying best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Foster a culture of innovation within the CRM team, encouraging new ideas that can scale and enhance our personalisation efforts.
  • Manage investment asks, budgets, timelines and resources effectively, ensuring projects meet strategic goals and deliver ROI.

The role will sit in the Global Membership & Personalisation Leadership Team, with a broader responsibility to empower and inspire the full LEGO Group. You will report directly to the Vice President Membership & Personalisation.

You're a positive, problem-solving person who works well with others but also thrives independently, setting clear direction. You're driven, skilled at building relationships, and excel at guiding and influencing those around you.

We are looking for a candidate who has:

  • 5+ years of experience in a CRM, content marketing or channel expansion role, preferably within a retail environment.
  • A consistent record of developing and implementing successful channel and content strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, measure performance, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with the latest in CRM technologies, digital marketing tools and content management systems.
  • Outstanding project management and organisational abilities, with a focus on collaboration.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to drive collaboration across teams.
