Core responsibilities
Partner and support our Product Shopper organization with Product Analysis of digital product performance, preparation of quantitative test scenarios, continuous analysis of user behaviors and steward data driven decision making.
Gathering and interpreting data to gain insights into user behavior, product usage, and overall product performance followed by establishing key performance indicators and metrics to measure the success and effectiveness of the product.
Collect relevant data using various tools and techniques, including analytics platforms (e.g. Adobe Analytics and SQL), online surveys, A/B or multivariate testing, NPS and heatmaps.
Generate reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to a product team on defined OKR’s in fixed and ad hoc cadence.
Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies (within and outside the LEGO ecosystem), and best practices in data analysis and product management.
Work closely with relevant data, analysis and enablement teams to ensure end-to-end alignment on priorities, learnings and continuous improvement.
The role will be engaging with a range of Product Shopper teams where seamless collaboration with Product Manager, Design lead and Finance partner is of essence to generate business value.

Through high quality insights and analytical powers, the Commercial Performance team supports mobilizing and executing LEGO Retail direct-to-consumer commercial plans by delivering measurable metrics with clear success parameters and potential directions for corrective actions.
The Commercial Performance team engages across direct channels with an omnichannel approach ensuring that commercial performance and shopper insights is transparent and elevated into core decision processes enabling LEGO Retail to steer against headwinds to achieve the strategic ambitions.
We currently have two exciting Commercial Performance Manager openings, created due to new headcount growth within the team.
Both our roles offer a unique opportunity to dive deep into data, shape decision-making, and contribute to the ongoing success of our global branded channel strategy.
Do you have what it takes?
The preferred candidate will have proficiency in both digital and physical retail analytics, data visualization, and tag management —such as Adobe Analytics (including tracking), SQL, and big data platforms.
Experience with analytics of digital loyalty programs would be a great add on as the role will engage in optimizing the impact and performance of the LEGO® Insiders program.
An analytical mentality with a balance of being both creative and analytical.
Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion within time with minimal guidance and communicate the results of analyses in a clear and effective manner.
Highly developed collaboration skills with an open mind and ability to work across many departments.
Ability to identify problems and support solutions that solve product limitations while delivering strategic business growth.
Finally, but not least, we need you to be fluent in business English.
