This is our approach to workplace design. The LEGO Flexible Office means no assigned desks or private offices – just a diverse and inspiring range of workspaces. It gives everyone here the freedom to choose the perfect space for what they’re doing and how they’re feeling.

Hybrid Working
Welcome to Best of Both. It’s our hybrid working model and provides colleagues with the flexibility to work from home up to two days per week and from the office for at least three days per week. When in the office, you’ll get to connect with colleagues, live our culture, build communities and use our amazing facilities. When at home, you’ll get to focus on your tasks while spending that bit more time connecting with your family and life outside work.
Best of Both is all about helping colleagues find a balance that works for them and their teams. It’s here to help people be awesome. And while it offers flexibility to many of our roles, we know that the hands-on magic happens on-site for certain roles.
